Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Production Technician to prepare media and sub components, set up dispensing systems, and ensure timely, high-quality production for Card production. You will follow CIP procedures, verify labeling, and maintain calibrated equipment while managing lab inventories.

The role requires attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to production changes, and ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced biotech environment with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of wet chemistry and/or bench work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Chemistry (preferred).
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and general laboratory procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform and document complex manufacturing steps per procedures.
• Prepare media and sub components for on-time production.
• Verify labeling, manufacturing, and storage of media per specifications.
• Operate CIP equipment and ensure proper filtration and equipment function.
• Assist with documentation review and maintain proper records.
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies and FEFO for stocks.
