Qualifications

• A few years of real-world experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ownership and accountability without hand-holding.
• Curious and coachable with ability to learn new platforms and adapt to shifting industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers — owners, GMs, marketing directors — and craft tailored media plans.
• Build multi-platform campaigns across paid search, streaming audio, CTV, display and broadcast/streaming audio.
• Manage a mix of existing accounts, inbound leads, and proactive outreach.
• Receive training on platforms and tools from day one to accelerate success.
