Job summary

MARC Media is seeking an energetic Media Advisor to sell print, digital and marketing solutions for local businesses. You will build a strong client base by prospecting, meeting owners, and crafting campaigns that deliver measurable ROI across radio, digital, and print.

The role offers growth, independence, and a clear path to high earnings with uncapped commissions. A ramp-up base salary is provided for experienced sellers during ramp-up, with no cap on income and flexible career progression.

MARC Media is growing, and we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who want to help local businesses grow while building a high-income career.

What You’ll Be Selling

You won’t be limited to one product.

You’ll provide real marketing solutions to local businesses, including:

• Digital marketing (streaming, social, SEO, display, targeted ads)
• Radio advertising across our stations
• Fully integrated campaigns designed to deliver ROI

You’re not selling ads. You’re helping business owners grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting daily (in-person, phone, networking, referrals)
• Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Creating customized marketing strategies based on client needs
• Presenting and closing new business
• Growing and maintaining a long-term book of clients
• Tracking activity and pipeline in CRM

Income & Compensation

Experienced Sellers

• $60,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential

Guaranteed $5,000/month base salary (with sales targets to achieve) during ramp-up period for experienced sellers, up to 12 months

Uncapped straight commission following

No cap on income

Entry Level Sellers

$40,000-$150,000+ annual earning potential

• Transition to uncapped straight commission once commissions exceed base salary
• No cap on income

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
