What will you be doing?

To thrive as a Media Solutions Account Manager, this individual must be proactive and curious, offering consultative solutions to meet client needs. They should seek opportunities to improve business outcomes through project management, process improvement, and a deep understanding of the client’s business. The person should excel at creating clarity from complexity and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Job Responsibilities

The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for our client's media business at Circana. They handle questions and inquiries, know the media products and internal organization to find answers efficiently, and manage the following responsibilities:

  • Be the Primary Contact for the Client supporting the Client Lead: Manage business development, project execution, status updates, and communication of product updates and capabilities.
  • Understand Circana Audiences: Own audience requests, develop recommendations, and support business development within this vertical.
  • Develop Account and Measurement Insights: Deeply understand client needs, analyze data, and communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Bring Clarity and Be the Product Expert: Act as the client-facing expert on our measurement capabilities and solutions.
  • Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables: Coordinate between internal teams and clients, set expectations, and ensure results are delivered on time.
  • Actively Look for Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in operations.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in media, CPG, retail, agencies, research, or sales in client-facing and project management roles.
  • Software skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
