About Us
Zócalo Health is the first tech-driven provider built specifically for Latinos, by Latinos. We are developing a new approach to care that is designed around our shared and lived experiences, bringing care directly to our communities. Founded in 2021, we are backed by leading healthcare and social impact investors to transform healthcare for our communities.
Our mission is to improve the lives of our communities—those who have faced poor healthcare experiences such as long wait times, language barriers, and navigating a complex system. We bring care into homes and neighborhoods through community-based providers and virtual services, emphasizing culturally competent primary care, behavioral health, and social services.
We seek passionate individuals who believe healthcare should be accessible, personalized, and rooted in community. Join us to ensure everyone receives the local, culturally competent care they deserve.
The Medi-Cal Enrollment Specialist will be a key member of Zócalo Health, facilitating Medi-Cal enrollment, supporting community members through the application process, and collaborating with care teams and county agencies. Your role will promote health equity by ensuring underserved communities access essential healthcare services.
This position reports to the Head of Patient Outreach and Engagement Operations.
