Job summary

Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transport using King Air 200 aircraft in Deadhorse, AK. The role features a 14 days on/14 days off schedule and requires multi-engine, IFR-capable pilots with strong safety standards.

The position offers a base salary in the $128k–$141k range, plus a $15k sign-on bonus, $40k retention bonus, relocation assistance up to $3k, and company-paid ATP-CTP and crew housing. Training contracts are not required.

Qualifications

• Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• Ideal candidate has single pilot IFR experience.
• Provide logbooks listing all flight dates and hours, with cumulative total.
• Medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
• Valid and unexpired driver's license.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and collaborate with medical team for safe move of customers.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with FARs and company procedures.
• Maintain documentation and logs for shifts and manifests.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information and update change logs per protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing ground/air training.
• Hold elevated safety and service standards in all operations.
