Guardian Flight in Fairbanks, AK is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to operate King Air 200 aircraft for medical air transportation. Shifts run 15 days on and 15 days off, with day or night trips and a focus on safety and professional teamwork.

The ideal candidate has single pilot IFR experience and a robust flight hour log, with opportunities for advancement, relocation assistance, and benefits through a GMR family of solutions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• Single pilot IFR experience preferred.
• Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and hours with a cumulative total that substantiates reported time.
• 2,500 Total Flight hours.
• 2,000 Fixed Wing hours.
• 1,000 PIC hours.
• 500 Cross Country hours.
• 500 Multi-Engine hours.
• 100 Night hours.
• 75 Instrument (50 in actual flight) hours.

Responsibilities

• Pilot will work with a medical team to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches according to manuals, FARs, and company requirements; assist with aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records for shifts, manifests, etc.
• Communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the transitioning pilot and team; follow protocols for recording changes.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
• Commit to punctuality, reliability, professionalism, and elevated safety standards.
