Job summary

Guardian Flight in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to fly our King Air C90 and provide medical air transportation. Schedule is 7 days on/off with shifts including day and night operations.

Competitive compensation ranges from $109,078.39 to $119,986.23 annually plus bonuses and relocation support. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical teams, ensuring aircraft readiness, maintaining records, and adhering to FAR and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) required.
• Willing to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• Ideal candidate has single pilot IFR experience.
• Must provide logbooks listing flight history and total hours.
• MedEvac/cargo experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate.
• 2,500 total flight hours; 2,000 fixed wing hours; 1,000 PIC hours; 500 cross country hours; 500 multi-engine hours; 100 night hours; 75 instrument hours.

Responsibilities

• Pilot will transport customers with medical teams and ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain documentation and records for shifts and load manifests.
• Coordinate with air/ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and follow change-board protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training; uphold safety standards.
• Display reliability, professionalism, and punctuality in all operations.
