Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport for Med-Trans. This full-time role requires current rotorcraft certification, instrument rating, and medical clearance with extensive flight hours.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, on-duty housing, and retention bonuses. Expect a 14/14 schedule and the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary medical team dedicated to safe, timely patient transport.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate and instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000; 1,500 helicopter; 1,000 helicopter PIC; 1,000 turbine helicopter; 200 night hours.
• EC130 aircraft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with medical team safely to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAR.
• Maintain MTC and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info and update Med-Trans change board.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
