Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot for Med-Trans medical air transport. The role requires a rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, FAA Class II Medical, and substantial flight hours including helicopter, PIC, turbine, and night hours. • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 1,500 helicopter hours.
• Minimum 1,000 PIC hours (pilot in command).
• Minimum 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours.

Responsabilidades

• Transport patients safely with a medical team, coordinating with dispatch and crews.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans requirements, include cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Medical Transport documentation and logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information and update Med-Trans change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
