Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Administers medications and IV therapy and performs treatments as needed.
• Coordinated patient care with health team, family and other disciplines.
• Ensures documentation is accurate and timely in the medical record.
• Leads daily patient assignment and monitors care delivery across staff.
