Qualifications

• Acute care RN experience

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by promptly responding to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, medications, and follow-up steps.
