Legend Senior Living is seeking a Med Technician to support the nursing team in coordinating medication administration and assisting residents with daily living activities. You will help with personal care, meals, grooming, and monitor comfort, reporting changes to the Health Care Director.

Qualified applicants hold state certification to pass medications. This role may require evenings and weekends, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and scholarship

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications is required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
