Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assist daily care of residents: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, meals
• Monitor resident comfort and respond as needed
• Document shift reports and resident records
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director
