Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking Med Technicians to support our nursing team in delivering quality resident care. Two 11p-7a shifts and one 3p-11p shift are available, offering opportunities to coordinate medication administration and assist residents with activities of daily living.

You will document tasks, monitor comfort, and communicate needs to the Health Care Director while contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified to pass medications (state certification).
• Experience coordinating medication administration and daily living activities.
• Commitment to quality care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director.
