Qualifications

• Must hold state certification to pass medications.
• Experience with elderly residents preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for residents as assigned.
• Support daily living activities including personal care, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs.
• Document tasks such as shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
