Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Med Technician to join our nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration for residents and assist with activities of daily living, enhancing comfort and daily wellbeing.

You will document care, monitor residents’ comfort, and communicate effectively with the Health Care Director to ensure seamless shifts and high-quality care in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications is required.
• Ability to coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interaction, and meals.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
