Job summary

The Bungalows at Nevada, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking Med Techs to join our team for the Sun-Thurs 2pm-10pm shift. You will monitor residents' health, provide leadership support, and assist with medication administration while upholding wellness programs and quality assurance.

Qualifications include current Medication Aide certification, 1+ year elder care experience preferred, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide
• A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
• Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times

Responsibilities

• Medication care assistance/administration
• Communication with resident support services and families
• Maintaining clinical quality assurance
• Leading, demonstrating and supporting all wellness elements
• Identify ongoing needs and services of residents through PSP
• Inform Wellness Director/Executive Director of changes in medication or service level
