Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Med Tech (Medication Technician) for The Village at Summerville. You will help provide a warm, homelike environment while administering medications, supporting residents with daily tasks, and ensuring safety and accuracy in care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some experience as a Medication Technician.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations and community policies.
• Provide safe, respectful care and support for residents.
• Verify weekly that self-administering residents take medications as prescribed.
• Review medication error reports and document appropriately.
• Perform monthly audits of medication administration records.
