You will administer medications, ensure safe care, and help with activities of daily living while maintaining accurate documentation and following state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience as a Medication technician.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations and community policies.
• Ensure residents receive safe, respectful care and services.
• Verify weekly that residents self-administer medications correctly as prescribed.
• Review medication error reports and document with required signatures.
• Perform monthly audits of medication administration records and confirm resident understanding.
