Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and resident care.

You will maintain medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, and file management, while supporting residents through daily living activities and medical appointments. Must possess a Certified Medication Aide license and state-required First Aid/CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification and/or license.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and support residents daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist with doctor appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities for residents.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and cooperate with team members in daily resident support.
• Receive on-the-job training and seek opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Ensure certifications are up to date as required by state.
