Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) in California to support resident care and medication administration. You will maintain medication programs, assist with doctor visits, and uphold ethical teamwork in a supportive community.

The role requires a Certified Medication Aide or equivalent state certification, First Aid or CPR as applicable, and adherence to state minimum requirements. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide certification and state-specific requirements.
• First Aid and/or CPR certifications may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist with doctor appointments and pharmacy visits and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Comply with state requirements for certifications as applicable.
