Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and resident care. You will maintain medication programs, handle distribution and documentation, and support residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with doctors and pharmacies, ensuring ethical conduct, and participating in ongoing training. Certification as a Medication Aide and First Aid/CPR may be required by state.

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist residents with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and cooperates with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
