Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support medication administration and resident care in our communities. You will help maintain medication documentation, coordinate with care teams, and assist residents with daily activities to promote comfort and safety.

State-specific certification requirements apply; on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive, balanced work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide certification.
• First Aid and/or CPR certifications required where state mandates.
• Ability to assist with medications and resident care activities as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation.
• Support residents with daily living activities and accompany to appointments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure ethical care and compliance with policies.
• Receive on-the-job training and pursue growth opportunities.
