Atria Senior Living in North Carolina is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and resident care in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with clinical staff, and ongoing training to support residents' daily living activities. Certifications may be required by state, with a strong commitment to safety and ethics.

Formación

• Must have CMA certification as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• State minimum experience with medications in long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor's appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
