Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Carrollton, TX seeks a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents with medication administration and daily care in a warm, collaborative environment.

You will maintain resident medication programs and documentation, assist with doctors’ appointments and pharmacies, and help residents with daily living activities while upholding ethical standards.

State requirements for CMA and CPR/First Aid may apply; the role includes benefits such as holidays, PTO, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and CPR/First Aid certifications if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have CMA, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
