Watermark Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to join our team on the PM shift (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM) at our San Jose community. You will support safe medication delivery, establish relationships with residents, and contribute to a caring, memory-care focused environment.

Ideal candidates have completed a Med Tech training program and at least six months of long-term care experience. Strong communication and computer skills, reliability, and a passion for working with

Qualifications

• Med Tech training completed.
• Six months minimum experience in long-term care/memory care preferred.
• Willingness to work some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and ensure proper delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Support residents with daily activities and build meaningful relationships.
