Job summary

The Residence at Willow Grove is seeking Medication Technicians (Med Techs/CMTs) to provide safe medication assistance to residents in Willow Grove, PA. Part-time, every other weekend, with all shifts available.

Starting pay is $20.00/hr (1st shift) and $21.00/hr (2nd/3rd shift), with an additional $1/hr for an active CNA license. Requirements include a high school diploma, completion of a Medication Technician Training Program, and 1 year of direct care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Technician Training Program.
• Minimum 1 year of direct care experience with older adults in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications and document administration.
• Take and record resident vital signs.
• Administer PRN meds as directed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain medication administration records and logs.
• Provide compassionate care focusing on resident safety.
