Job summary

Concordia at the Orchard is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents in Butler, PA. The role involves medication administration per care plans and direct resident assistance with eating, mobility, hygiene, and daily activities.

Responsibilities include documenting care, performing OTC treatments as instructed, and responding promptly to call bells. Full-time, part-time and other shifts offered with potential sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of the DHS -approved medications course.

As a Medication Technician, you will have the ability to assist with medication administration consistent with resident support plans. This position is also responsible for providing direct care for the residents including but not limited to assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning, and documenting the care that was provided. Duties include completing over the counter treatments as instructed and answering resident call bells in 5 minutes or less.
Paid on-the-job training. Competitive starting wage and shift differentials offered. Full-time, part-time, casual, and premium casual positions available and include a weekend rotation. Shifts include daylight, afternoon, and midnight. Sign-on bonus available at select locations.
