Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in La Conner, WA is seeking caring staff to assist residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, patient-focused environment. You’ll work with a dedicated team to support cleaning, grooming, meals, and personal care while communicating with fellow caregivers and families to ensure residents’ needs are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with healthcare staff; relay information about residents’ condition; maintain records.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist residents with administration of medications per company protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received, and administered.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene


• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required


• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the residents'needs are continually met.


• Assist residents with the administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations


• Maintain records (MARs/TARs) for each resident with regard to medicines ordered, received, and administered

• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Must have good organizational abilities, and communication skills, be independent, energetic, creative, and have a pleasant approach
