Heritage Senior Living is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our compassionate team. You will oversee daily operations on both day and night shifts, administer and document medications, and ensure high-quality care for our residents.

Ideal candidates will have a GED, Med Tech certification, and some supervisory experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for helping seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work with a caregiving team to deliver quality resident care.
