Job summary

Avamere at Moses Lake is seeking a dedicated Medication Tech to administer medications and provide direct care to residents in our memory care and assisted living community.

You will follow physician orders, chart accurately in the EMR, monitor residents’ conditions, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe, compassionate care. We offer Health Insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, EAP support, HSAs/FSAs, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver in memory care or assisted living.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders under supervision.
• Record medications in residents’ EMR accurately.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and room.
• Assist with resident care and participate in care plans.
