Job summary

Clarendale of Chandler is seeking a Med Tech to accurately prepare, administer, and chart medications for residents in a senior living community near Chandler.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, reliable documentation, CPR/First Aid certification, and Arizona background checks. The team emphasizes quality care and a supportive environment for seniors.

Starting pay is $20.00 to $21.50 per hour, with a full-time schedule and enhanced benefits including DailyPay and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Class
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability
• Prior experience in senior care or assisted living

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications
• Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols
• Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy
• Clearly identify residents before administering medications
• Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided

Who you are:

• Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Classs approve throught the NCIA Board.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability
• Prior experience in senior care or assisted living
• Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aide certification
• Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card
• Valid TB Test
