Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a full-time Med Tech to join our memory care and assisted living teams on a 2:00 pm–10:30 pm swing shift, Tuesday through Saturday.

The ideal candidate will support residents with compassionate care and supervise as shift lead while maintaining high service standards. Starting wage is $23.48 per hour base, with a $1 swing differential, and a rich benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with company match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable serving as shift lead and ensuring quality resident care.
• Interest in geriatric care and dementia support (Best Friends Approach).

We are looking for a FT swing shift (2p-10:30p) Med tech to be cross-trained between memory care and assisted living. Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday.

Starting wage is $23.48 per hour base ( minimum - depending on experience ) and $1 differential for swing shift!

The ideal candidate will:

• Are comfortable being a shift lead, assisting the team, and ensuring quality resident care
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
