Morada Senior Living is hiring Care/Medication Technicians for Gateway Gardens in Marble Falls, Texas. You will provide hands-on care, support residents, and assist with medications in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting changes, responding to calls, and helping with daily activities while maintaining safety and dignity for each resident.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hands-on care and emotional support to seniors.
• Observes and reports changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas.
• Follows medication handling procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Care for assigned residents during shift; check on residents regularly.
• Observe and document symptoms or changes in resident conditions.
• Respond to alarms and call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and meal support.
• Keep resident rooms, carts and work areas clean and organized.
• Engage residents in daily living activities and life enrichment.
• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors.
