The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Medication Aide/Technician Certification, and at least one year of experience with medications and the elderly. Will maintain care records and communicate with residents and families to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Medication Aide/Technician Certification.
• Must have a minimum of one year experience working with medications and the elderly population.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents following company regulatory guidelines.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public to ensure safety and satisfaction.
