Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have good organizational abilities, and communication skills, be independent, energetic, creative, and have a pleasant approach.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relay information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist residents with administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations
• Maintain MARs/TARs records for medicines ordered, received, and administered
