Job summary

Paycom in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a compassionate caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will collaborate with healthcare staff, document resident conditions, and help maintain accurate care records while fostering a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good organizational abilities and communication skills; independent, energetic, creative, pleasant approach.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information about resident condition; maintain written records.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with administration of medications according to company protocol and state regulations; maintain MARs/TARs.
