Heritage Green Assisted Living in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Med Tech to set up, administer and document resident medications, treatments, and skin care. You will collaborate with caregivers to provide the best possible care and interact daily with residents to enhance their quality of life.

Required: High school diploma or GED and Med Tech certification or state license; supervisory experience is a plus. ON DEMAND PAY available. Join our caring team committed to dignity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Med Tech Certification or license as required by state.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow directions.
• Some supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Job Requirements

• A passion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend

Job Responsibilities Include

• Setting up, administering and documenting resident medications, treatments and skin care.
• Working together with the caregivers in order to provide the best possible care for residents.
• Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
• Med Tech Certification or License depending on your state requirement.
• Some supervisory experience preferred but not required
