Job summary
The Palmettos of Bluffton is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team in Bluffton, SC. You will assist residents with daily activities, participate in care planning under supervision, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.
Must be a certified nursing assistant or currently enrolled in a nurse aide training program. In-service training is provided; experience in assisted living is a plus. Competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement offered.
Qualifications
- Certified nursing assistant or currently enrolled in a nurse aide training program.
- Attend in-service programs as assigned to learn procedures and meet state requirements.
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Administer medications to residents in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
- Provide personal care and support to residents to promote dignity, choice and individuality.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents.
