New employees will undergo a comprehensive 3-day training program designed to equip them with skills applicable throughout their healthcare careers, with the potential to be proficient within 3 weeks.
As a Med Tech, your responsibilities include assisting in medication administration as ordered by physicians under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, and providing supportive daily care in accordance with the resident care plan. You will coordinate with the Wellness Assistant to enhance the resident living experience proactively.
