Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily living activities.
• Observe, report, and document symptoms/conditions; monitor for changes.
• Respond to alarms and call bells; ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Assist with continence management and meal service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing and personal care as instructed.
