Job summary

St. Joseph's Village in Ypsilanti, MI, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking compassionate Care Assistants (Anam Caras) to provide exceptional care for residents. The role offers part-time hours with rotating shifts, including 6am-2pm days or 10pm-6am overnights.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and strong communication skills. Prior caregiving is a plus but not required; we value compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and mobility.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
