Job summary

Oyster Bay Manor/Harbor House in Oyster Bay is seeking a Med Tech to join our compassionate team and support residents with patient, respectful care.

As Med Tech you will supervise aide staff, distribute medications, maintain records, and coordinate with the pharmacy, families, residents and management while following DOH protocols.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$21, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, sick leave and holidays, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Med Tech in a similar setting.
• Familiar with Department of Health (DOH) policies.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Vaccination against required diseases.

Responsibilities

• Keep properly documented records of all distributed medication

About the Role:

We are seeking a Med Tech to join our team of competent and caring staff. As a Med Tech, you will oversee a team of Aides, ensuring that all employees are working effectively and efficiently towards the same goal. You will also be responsible for distributing required medications, enriching the lives of our residents by supporting them with patience and kindness, and maintaining regular, ongoing communication with our pharmacy, families, residents, and management staff.
