Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Med Tech to join our team in Milwaukee. You will provide direct resident care, assist nurses with medications, and support a compassionate, professional care environment.

We welcome walk-ins and value certified CNAs who are motivated and collaborative, ensuring residents regain independence and dignity through quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• Professional enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan.
• Help the nurses with the daily medication passes.
• Report to your charge nurse in the event of any medication (or other) concerns.
• Maintain current certification by attending and participating in training and educational classes.
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion.
