Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Davis, CA is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and support resident care needs on a compassionate, resident-first basis.

The role involves maintaining medication programs, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to enhance residents' daily living activities. State requirements and certifications are required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have state‑minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or license.
• No additional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily resident support.
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
