Responsabilités

• Maintains patient medical records from admission, transfer and discharge.
• Acts as unit receptionist and provides front-desk support to patients and visitors.
• Performs clerical, communication, and receptionist tasks to support clinical activities on the unit.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, forms and equipment and places orders as indicated.
• Supports admissions, transfers and discharges and ensures patient confidentiality.
