HCA Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical at Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso, TX. You will deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and advocate for patients and families to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, documentation, and educating patients and families about plans and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN license as required by state (RN)
• Associate/Bachelor/RN Diploma qualifications accepted

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes
• Perform procedures and care per physician orders; document care in the medical record; administer medications and monitor responses
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up, translating medical terms as needed
