Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license for WA at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification at hire.
• BSN degree preferred; 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care and assessments.
• Administer medications and document administration per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust care.
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-discharge needs.
