Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in medical surgical nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Telemetry experience welcomed.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic medical-surgical cases.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Manage wound care and monitor healing progress.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status regularly.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer and monitor IV therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies.
